Richard brings 25 years of real estate experience as a developer and homebuilding executive to the nuanced land sales arena. His expertise supports land sellers through value creation, coupled with a real-world understanding of what builders and developers need to grow their business. Richard specializes in strategically positioning and marketing land to unlock its full potential for landowners.
Richard brings the operational and financial discipline needed to scale businesses, enter new markets, and consistently deliver investment potential in a competitive land development landscape. He has held senior leadership roles with both publicly and privately owned builders and developers, including VP of Sales and Marketing for Pulte Homes (AZ), Area President for Shea Homes (WA), and President of BDR Holdings (WA).
Richard is a licensed Washington real estate broker and certified executive coach (CTI, PCC) with a finance degree from the University of North Texas. He has served on various profit and non-profit boards, including as President of Eastside Catholic School’s Board of Trustees. He and his wife frequently lead retreats across several states, serving individuals and couples. He is a rare blend of strategic leader, coach, and operator in the business world and full-time grateful family member.
