Sam specializes in representing homebuilders, developers, investors, and landowners in residential land transactions throughout the greater Orange County, San Diego, and Northern California markets. Sam has consistently made his clients’ interests a top priority, providing them with integrity as well as superior transaction knowledge and in-depth market insight.
Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization, Sam worked in the single-tenant net-leased investment space, representing both buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a licensed California real estate professional.
