NASHVILLE (May 11, 2026) – Land Advisors Organization’s Nashville office facilitated the purchase of a 10-acre parcel in the McFarland Farms project for Alliance Residential. The parcel is slated to become a new mixed-use development with 312 luxury apartments and various retail and commercial space uses.
The McFarland Farms project in Mt. Juliet is a 110-acre planned development located at 5224–5238 Old Lebanon Dirt Road, which will be a town center development consisting of a mix of 184 townhomes, 175 single family homes and 312 apartments to provide various new housing options in the area. In addition, McFarland Farms is planning to add 35,000 sf of commercial space for restaurants, retail, entertainment, etc. uses. The development, which broke ground in early 2025, is being developed by Tulit Investment and is expected to complete in 2030.
Eric S. Deems and George Schubert with the Nashville office of Land Advisors Organization represented Alliance Residential in the transaction. Alliance Residential is a nationally recognized luxury builder of multi-family rentals.

In addition to housing and commercial development, the McFarland Farms development plan features a 4,300 -foot public green way, a dog park, and a community amphitheater. The development team also agreed to address critical infrastructure upgrades, such as roadway improvements that will alleviate traffic congestion in the area. The 5-phase development is said to be focused on residential uses initially.
