Sean Myers brings more than 30 years of real estate, development, and land acquisition experience. Throughout his career, Sean has facilitated the acquisition of more than 7,000 acres of land and has spearheaded land-banking and development pipelines of more than 7,800 lots for national homebuilders in the Central Florida region. As Co-Founder of Greatleaf Homes, Sean has built over 100 new single-family homes in Marion, Brevard, Charlotte, Sarasota and Lake counties. Over the past several years, he has entitled and permitted over six hundred units in projects for single-family residential, townhomes and BTR (build to rent) communities, including Yardley Enclave, a BTR community currently under construction by Taylor Morrison.

He will be advising Central Florida landowners and developers on maximizing property value by applying his market insight, data-driven intelligence, and deep knowledge of entitlement, permitting, and development requirements across the state. Sean holds an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.S. from Florida State University.

Jonah Niesenbaum joins Land Advisors Organization’s Orlando team as an Associate Advisor and will be supporting the Orlando team’s clients and customers focused on multifamily and single-family residential development.

After graduating from Duke University in 2023, Jonah began his real estate career in Raleigh, North Carolina where he gained experience in investment sales as well as capital and development. While in this role, Jonah supported commercial real estate transactions and development through property research, market analysis, and client relations in the Raleigh-Durham market.
