Land Advisors Organization Orlando Office Expands Team with Addition of Austin Weller

Firm announces new office location in Baldwin Park

Orlando, Florida (November 16, 2022) – Land Advisors Organization’s Orlando office is pleased to announce that Austin Weller has joined the firm as an advisor to commercial and residential developers, specializing in retail, mixed-use, residential and industrial properties and connecting them with landowners in Central Florida.

An Orlando native, Weller brings his experience in market and investment analysis, land acquisition, project financing, site selection, and property development feasibility from a developer and landowner perspective to the growing team. Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization Weller worked as an investment analyst for a major developer in Northeast Florida where he was part of a two-person finance team that serviced an almost $1 Billion portfolio. In addition, he has been involved with assisting landowners in the sale of their properties totaling over $150 Million across multiple asset classes. Over the years Weller has gained valuable experience in structuring transactions using debt and equity as well as recognizing and overcoming site challenges related to wetlands, utilities, and land use during the due diligence process.

Weller graduated from Florida State University (FSU) College of Business where he earned degrees in real estate and professional sales. While at FSU Weller was a student athlete and member of the 2012 Orange Bowl Championship football team. He remains active with FSU, volunteering as a mentor for the FSU Real Estate Society’s Mentorship Program. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Weller is also actively involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Florida, serving as sponsorship chair.

In addition to its growth, the Orlando office of Land Advisors Organization announces that it has moved to a new location in Baldwin Park. The new office is located at 968 Lake Baldwin Lane, Suite C in Orlando, Florida.
