Sacramento Business Journal: Homes by Towne Buys West Roseville Land for Build-To-Rent Project, Retail Space
The latest project in the fast-growing build-to-rent sector of the housing market is poised to start soon. Sierra Vista 24, one of the last large pieces of land in Roseville’s Sierra Vista Specific Plan, recently sold. Jim Radler, RJ Radler, and Ryan Long represented both the buyer, Towne Development of Sacramento Inc., and the seller, KV Sierra Vista LLC, in this transaction.
“That build-to-rent component, I do think it’s here to stay,” said Jim Radler, Senior Vice President at Land Advisors Organization.
