Scottsdale, AZ (December 16, 2019) – Land Advisors Organization Scottsdale team of Ryan Semro, Bret Rinehart and Ben Heglie represented the Seller, Woodside Homes Sales AZ, LLC in the transaction of 62 platted and engineered lots to KB Home Phoenix Inc., for $3.84MM on December 3, 2019.

The 62 – 55’x120’ P&E lots are located in Laveen, Arizona on the NEC of 35th Avenue and Baseline Road within Santolina at South Mountain Master Planned Community. The property is situated in the emerging Laveen submarket located approximately 3 miles to the east of the new Loop 202 freeway extension nearing completion.
