Ben Heglie specializes in the acquisition and disposition of residential land and lots throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, representing major investors, developers, and national homebuilders in Pinal and Maricopa Counties. Since beginning his career in 2002, Ben has steadily built a reputation for capitalizing on opportunities and broadly exposing properties to vetted, qualified buyers in both optimal and challenging market conditions.

Ben's knowledge of market trends and properties arms him to guide clients through transactions from start to finish, effectively evaluating and maximizing value for homebuilder, developer, investor, and speculative clients alike.

Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization, Ben was at Lee & Associates, CBRE, and Hogan & Associates, where he built a strong foundation in land brokerage and client service.

Ben graduated from the University of Arizona and remains actively engaged in the community through his involvement with the Boys & Girls Club and The Thunderbirds. He is also an active member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and the Pinal County Partnership.
