Residential Real Estate Community Developer Will Scherman Joins Land Advisors Organization’s Denver Team

DENVER (July 8, 2025) – Will Scherman has joined the Denver office of Land Advisors Organization, the nation’s largest brokerage that specifically focuses on land. Scherman established himself in the Colorado real estate market working with two of the region’s top residential community developers, Brookfield Residential and Forestar, where he worked with many of the nation’s premier home builders and was involved in the management and development of thousands of residential lots. Projects of note, which Scherman was involved, include Midtown, Castle Pines, the Revere at John’s Town and Mallard Ridge.

Having experience in all aspects of real estate planning, development and the entitlement process in Colorado, as well as land brokerage, site selection and project management, Scherman is an ideal fit for the firm’s growing Denver office. The shift from development to land brokerage and advisory services allows Scherman to continue serving home builders and MPC developers while also assisting landowners, multifamily and Build-For-Rent developers across the state.

Scherman began his career as a geotechnical engineer after graduating from the University of Kansas with a degree in civil engineering. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Home Builder’s Association (HBA) of Metro Denver.
