About

Trey Davis began his real estate career in 2018, leveraging his dual licenses in real estate and contracting to deliver exceptional results. He started at SimonCRE, focusing on site selection for national brands like Dollar General and O’Reilly Auto Parts, before joining Land Advisors Organization in 2019. While completing his undergraduate degree in Business Communications, Trey worked in the research department, becoming Assistant Manager during his senior year. Shortly before graduating in 2021, Trey transitioned to the brokerage side as a Pinal County Industrial Specialist.

Since then, Trey and his team has surpassed $600 million in industrial sales, representing high-profile clients including Lucid Motors, Kohler Co., Sunlit Chemicals, and Chang Chun Petrochemical, and more — helping shape Pinal County into one of Arizona's most dynamic emerging economic hubs, while also playing a role in advancing creative funding and public-private infrastructure solutions that have helped unlock the Casa Grande industrial market
