The Largest Single Transaction in the San Gorgonio Pass in Over a Decade

Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the closing of Mesa Verde in the City of Calimesa, County of Riverside, CA. The site closed with a fully approved specific plan for up to 3,650 residential units on approximately 1,463 acres of land. It is the largest single transaction in the San Gorgonio Pass in over a decade.

Mesa Verde is designed to offer a variety of residential product types to meet current market conditions — ranging from attached townhomes to conventional single-family residences. The residential neighborhoods will be terraced upon rolling foothills with sweeping views of the San Bernardino and San Jacinto Mountains. Mesa Verde will also include industrial, commercial / retail, and 565 acres of public and private parks and natural open space.
