Phoenix, Arizona (December 18, 2020) – Land Advisors Organization’s Metropolitan Phoenix office is pleased to announce the sale of 277 pre-platted lots located east of the northeast corner of Apache Road and Broadway Road in Buckeye, Arizona. The property was acquired by Forestar Group Inc. for $4,889,000.

The employment activity along I-10 as well as the Loop 303 has continued to fuel the demand for residential development in this area. The acquisition by Forestar within Buckeye speaks to the continued maturity of the West Valley and the need to provide serviced lots to home builders.

Ben Heglie, Ryan Semro, and Bret Rinehart who specialize in home builder developments and master-planned communities throughout Arizona for Land Advisors Organization’s Metropolitan Phoenix office, represented the seller in the transaction. The firm continues to advise clients on this product type and is working on several similar projects in the area.
