145 lots purchased by KB Home in the Green Valley Master Plan

Irvine, CA December 18, 2017 – KB Home has acquired 145 single-family lots in the Green Valley Master Plan located in Perris, CA. Land Advisors Organization, a nationwide advisory firm focused on the acquisition and disposition of land and land-related assets, represented the developer, Raintree Investment Corporation.

The 145 lots purchased by KB Home are a part of the Green Valley master-planned community, which is approved for the development of single-family detached homes, multi-family units, business and office uses, commercial retail uses, and industrial uses. Green Valley is located west of Interstate 215 and Ethanac Road, adjacent to Perris Crossing, a popular retail development in the area.
