Land Advisors Organization is expanding across the state of California and seeking brokers at all experience levels – Associate, Vice President, and Senior Vice President – to focus exclusively on representing buyers / sellers of undeveloped land and re-development sites throughout California with particular needs in the Los Angeles and Bay Area markets.
Brokers will be part of a specialized team offering our clients expert advice on property valuations, land entitlement, local market conditions, competitive transactions, buyer trends, and regulatory factors impacting development potential of raw land and other property with potential for residential uses.
The position(s) will be deal-oriented and require a demonstrable understanding of the dynamics of local land and property markets. Brokers should have a solid background in real estate sales, with experience in land planning, zoning, and/or real estate development.
|•||Identify prospective buyers and sellers of land and under-utilized real estate assets|
|•||Build trusted relationships with real estate investors, developers, and homebuilders|
|•||Evaluate client objectives and propose appropriate solutions|
|•||Market properties to potential buyers using a variety of external and internal channels|
|•||Field offers on properties from potential buyers|
|•||Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information|
|•||Track market data and relevant sales comps|
|•||Provide opinions of value to prospective sellers|
|•||Exhibit knowledge of market trends and development best practices|
|•||Manage and close acquisition / disposition transactions|
Desired Skills and Experience
|•||A minimum of three years of real estate sales experience|
|•||Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in sales and negotiation|
|•||Solid written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently|

|•||Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex financial analysis|
|•||Valid California real estate sales/broker license|
