Prior to the sale, Hallmark Communities engaged with Lakebridge Capital, a Land Advisors Organization company, for a bridge land loan that was used to purchase the land and obtain all necessary permits. The loan allowed Hallmark Communities to increase the value of the project by delivering a fully entitled project in one of the most desired North County San Diego submarkets.
