Western RealCo Purchases 147 acres in Corona

(Irvine – November 11, 2019) – Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the sale of Green River Ranch, 147.13 acres of future commercial/industrial space. The Property was delivered to the buyer, Western RealCo, with an approved Specific Plan.

The Property is located south of Green River Ranch Road, to the east of Fresno Road and State Route 91, at the western gateway to the City of Corona. With direct visual exposure to State Route 91, and an estimated traffic count of 420,000 cars per day, Green River Ranch offers a regionally desirable site for future commercial ventures. Western RealCo is planning to develop the property as a mix of commercial and industrial uses.
