Kwame focuses on financial underwriting and market analysis in brokerage engagements for capital providers and institutional developers. He represents investors, developers, and builders seeking to attain or sell master-planned communities throughout California.
In 2013, Kwame interned at Land Advisors where he worked on market and deal analysis with the Los Angeles Urban Infill team. Shortly after his internship, Kwame began working for Goldman Sachs where he specialized in risk management and funding allocation for the equity derivative synthetic product group for over four years.
In 2020, Kwame returned to Land Advisors to provide expertise in all types of residential underwriting and capital analysis. He is responsible for the preparation of complex cash flow analyses of master-planned communities, build-to-rent, multi-family, and affordable opportunities. He is also involved in the management and placement of capital for a variety of builders, developers, investors, and landowners.
Kwame attended Occidental College where he graduated with a Bachelors in Economics and Mathematics and currently serves as the Vice President, Board of Governor. He is a licensed California Real Estate professional and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
