Pacific Communities acquires 2,318 residential units in Palmdale, CA

Land Advisors Organization’s Southern California Team of Randy Coe, Mac O’Donnell, Kwame Do and Chris Shiota represented the Buyer in the closing of this significant deal.

This transaction marks the largest homebuilder acquisition by lot count in Antelope Valley’s history.

Spanning over 1,500 gross acres in the Palmdale submarket of Los Angles County, Anaverde Nuevo is a full service Master Planned Community that is unmatched in the City of Palmdale.
