Amy is an accomplished and results-driven land professional specializing in advising and brokering land transactions for homebuilders, developers, investors, and landowners. With over 13 years’ experience in land acquisition and development, she has a deep understanding of the Bay Area market, with a focus on both for-sale and multifamily land opportunities. Clients value her integrity, market insight, and ability to guide transactions thoughtfully from start to finish.

Prior to joining Land Advisors, Amy held land acquisition roles with respected public and private homebuilders – DR Horton, City Ventures, Trumark Homes, and SummerHill Homes – giving her a builder’s perspective on land acquisition strategy and deal-making. Amy combines experience with instinct, bringing a practical approach that helps clients understand buyer expectations and how to bring both sides together to get deals done.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico, and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2003. Her experience, market knowledge, and dedication make her a trusted partner for clients seeking to maximize the value of their land assets.
