Richland Investments has acquired 708 acres in Winchester, CA from JMB Legacy Properties, LLC and John W. Boere, marking one of the most significant residential entitlement transactions in the Inland Empire. Land Advisors Organization’s Brian Carricaburu and Andrew Sinderhoff, representing the Seller and Buyer, successfully facilitated the sale of Boere Ranch.
Boere Ranch, a sprawling property long held by the Boere family, is set to become a cornerstone in the rapidly expanding Menifee/Winchester area. The property is situated within a region known for its robust residential development and is ideally positioned to help meet the increasing demand for new housing.
