Land Advisors Organization Closes Bickford Ranch Deal in Placer County

ROSEVILLE, CA, JUNE 28, 2016 — The Roseville office of Land Advisors Organization, a premier nationwide land brokerage firm, announced today the successful closing of the Bickford Ranch master planned community. Bickford Ranch is located approximately four miles north of Interstate 80 and south of Highway 193, between Lincoln and Penryn in Placer County, California.

Land Advisors Organization brokers Terry Ruckle, Mac O’Donnell and Ryan Long negotiated the transaction, representing the seller.

The planned lots were sold by Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., and was purchased by Westland Capital Partners.  Westland will spend the next 12 to 18 months processing tentative maps and improvement plans and hope to see site construction begin in Spring of 2018.  Bickford Ranch is a 1,928 acre development with 1,890 residential lots, half of which will be part of an active adult community. Over 1,100 acres will remain as open space boasting preserves, walking trails and parks.
