Quinn Mulrooney & Jon Kendall Join Land Advisors’ California Agriculture Land Team

Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the addition of Quinn Mulrooney and Jon Kendall to the Agriculture Land Services team.

Quinn and Jon will be focused on assisting investors, farm families, and agricultural investment funds with their agriculture land needs throughout the San Joaquin Valley.

Quinn specializes in the acquisition and sale of agricultural use properties in the San Joaquin Valley. He is a second-generation farmer with more than 15 years of diversified agricultural experience.

Prior to joining Land Advisors, Quinn was a director of agricultural properties for Northgate Commercial Real Estate, worked as a manager at Sodbuster Farms, and was elected by local farmers and ranchers as County Officer Committee Member for the USDA Farm Service Agency in SW Sacramento County.

Jon also specializes in the acquisition and sale of agricultural use properties in the San Joaquin Valley. He has family roots in the agricultural industry and previous work experience in vineyards, cellars, and tasting rooms.

Prior to joining Land Advisors, Jon was an investment associate of agriculture properties for Northgate Commercial Real Estate, worked as a vineyard/cellar employee at Miramonte Estate Vineyards, and was an assistant manager at Calturas Winery & Brewery.

Together, Quinn and Jon have closed more than 20 agriculture land transactions for consideration exceeding $50 million.
