Cristian Streeter brings over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, development consulting, and land transactions to his role as Vice President with Land Advisors Organization’s Bay Area team. Cristian is dedicated to providing landowners, developers, investors, and builders with innovative solutions tailored to the region’s dynamic land market.

Throughout his career, Cristian has generated over $500 million in value for clients by leveraging his expertise in brokerage, advisory, entitlements, and investment services. His extensive portfolio includes successful projects across residential subdivisions, multi-family housing (market-rate and affordable), self-storage, light industrial, and mixed-use developments.

With a technical foundation as a licensed civil and environmental engineer, Cristian has led subdivision entitlements and site improvements for residential builders, giving him a unique ability to navigate the complexities of land development. His strategic insights, financial acumen, and dedication to responsive client service make him a trusted partner in every transaction.

Cristian holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Portland, where he was a Division 1 soccer player. Fluent in Spanish, Cristian is well-equipped to serve a diverse range of clients across the San Francisco Bay Area.
