Kevin Palla, a third-generation Kern County farm family member, brings an unmatched depth of agricultural knowledge to Land Advisors Organization. Raised on a farm, Kevin’s lifelong experience in agriculture and his extensive real estate background have positioned him as a valuable advisor for clients navigating farm, ranch, and transitional land opportunities.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Farm Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. His expertise is further underscored by his designation as an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. With a proven track record in agricultural land sales and management, Kevin is adept at identifying strategic opportunities that benefit both investors and landowners.

Before joining Land Advisors, Kevin built a reputation for excellence during his time with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a top-performing Commercial Real Estate Broker and Farm Manager. His hands-on experience in production agriculture and land management gives him a unique edge in understanding the intricacies of agricultural properties.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Kevin is actively involved in his local community, having held various leadership roles with the Bakersfield Association of Realtors and the Kern County Farm Bureau. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors and engaging in sports, reflecting his passion for both agriculture and an active lifestyle.
