Toll Brothers Purchases Largest Land Transaction in Orange County in 2020

Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce Toll Brothers’ acquisition of the Nakase Nursery, a Property consisting of up to 675 units in six (6) planning areas on approximately 125 acres in the City of Lake Forest, CA. The development marks one of the last and most desirable major land plays in Orange County outside of the Irvine Ranch, Rancho Mission Viejo, or Great Park Neighborhoods.

This community features a public elementary school site, 12 acres of parks and amenities including dog parks, soccer fields, volleyball, tot lots, and trails connecting the neighborhood to the Serrano Creek regional trails system. Allison Rawlins Tift, Vice President at Land Advisors, adds, “We believe the future Nakase Master Plan will be a great addition to the City of Lake Forest and know that Toll can execute a beautiful, flourishing new home community.”

Allison Rawlins Tift and Mike Hunter at Land Advisors exclusively represented Toll Brothers in the acquisition of the Nakase Nursery. Hunter, Senior Vice President at Land Advisors, applauds Toll’s effort to entitle the Property, stating that “their team’s preparation and professionalism allowed Toll to entitle the Property in just three (3) years, procure a 5-0 vote by the City Council, all without a CEQA challenge.”

Tift concludes, “We are extremely proud to have represented Toll Brothers in this transaction, pairing a capable local builder with a jurisdiction they have current success in, and is welcoming to quality new developments. We cannot wait to see the value add to Orange County of this historical transaction.”
