Land Advisors Organization Sells ±80 Acres in SunCreek Specific Plan

Roseville, Calif. (October 10, 2023) – Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the sale of Suncreek 80, an ±80-acre property within the approved SunCreek Specific Plan. This unique property consists of ±45 acres for a school site, 18 acres for a park site, ±3.5 acres for detention basin and sewer lift station, and ±13.5 acres of open space.  The Property was identified by the City of Rancho Cordova and the Elk Grove Unified School District as a serious potential acquisition target as the entire existing Sunridge Master plan including Anatolia is without a current middle school and high school.

The build-out of the SunCreek Specific Plan will bring even more students to the area, fostering the need for new schools, particularly grades 6-12. The Property is in the direct path of growth from the immediate surrounding area and will provide an appropriate site for a middle school and high school that will serve the Sunrise-Douglas Community Plan Area.

The community is starting to get a little restless as it relates to bringing a high school to the area because there are none within a 25-minute drive,” says Radler.

The SunCreek Specific Plan consists of approximately 1,265 acres and over 5,500 units. It is proposed to create a cluster of walkable residential villages as well as a major civic center and recreation core comprised of a community park, schools and major open space.
