As the Vice President of Strategy and Analytics at Land Advisors, Andrew leverages his 17 years of real estate experience. His primary responsibility involves collaborating with the executive team to define the strategic direction of the Land Advisors California Division. Andrew focuses on enhancing growth opportunities by exploring / expanding complementary businesses and optimizing the efficiency and scope of the LAO platform. Capitalizing on his extensive background as a CFA / CPA, he delivers institutional-grade analytics to empower the LAO broker network. This includes offering innovative financial solutions such as cash flow forecasting, risk management, and value optimization.

Prior to Land Advisors, Andrew served as a Senior Vice President in Green Street’s Advisory and Consulting business. The Advisory group harnessed Green Street’s market leading data and insights to provide custom advice to institutional owners and investors ranging in topics from IPO advisory, transaction / M&A support and portfolio valuation. Andrew also has experience in the debt space as a former capital markets manager for a mid-sized multifamily lender, and as the lead acquisition analyst specializing in sub-performing and non-performing commercial debt pools.

Andrew earned an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles with a focus in real estate finance and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern California’s Leventhal School of Accounting. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
