Will White

Will White has led the Tucson office of Land Advisors Organization for more than 24 years, creating the leading land brokerage firm by volume for over 14 years in a row, guiding it as a powerhouse of the Tucson Metro region. Under his leadership, and a deep understanding of southern Arizona’s land market, the Tucson office successfully represents the majority of the area’s most prominent master-planned and large residential communities. LAO Tucson has has been instrumental in shaping Tucson’s growth, with an extensive roster that includes the region’s most notable land transactions and assignments. Today, he represents projects with a future lot inventory of more than 20,000 lots and is widely regarded as a key resource for both market insight and strategic land positioning.

Will’s work with Southern Arizona’s homebuilders and master developers is well documented and allows him to navigate complex deals with both precision and efficiency. He’s a sought-after contributor for speaking engagements and industry commentary, known for offering practical perspective backed by decades of experience. Will has consistently earned recognition as a CoStar Power Broker in the Tucson market—an acknowledgment of both his annual transaction volume and value.

He’s actively involved in the community and industry alike, as a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) inclusive of its Mentor/Partnership Program, the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA), He also serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona and a mentor to many in the industry.

A graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Development, Will has held his Arizona real estate license since 1997.
