Residential Land and Lot Advisor Ryan Semro specializes in the sale of single-family and multi-family residential land and lots to homebuilders, developers, investors and speculative clients throughout metropolitan Phoenix. His deep transactional experience, understanding of residential land and lots and flexibility in working within a homebuilder’s evolving business plan has made him a trusted and valuable resource for his clients.

Ryan’s latest focus is the active development areas in Maricopa County—specifically Peoria, Phoenix, Surprise, Goodyear, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek—and he is regarded as an authority on these rapidly evolving markets. Before joining Land Advisors Organization, Ryan was a principal at Lee & Associates, a senior vice president at Hogan & Associates and a senior associate at Grubb & Ellis.

Ryan graduated with a degree in accounting from University of San Diego and is currently an active member of many industry associations, including the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and the Pinal County Partnership.
