As a Senior Vice President for Land Advisors Organization, Matt Power specializes in providing advisory and brokerage services of land and land related assets to homebuilders, developers, investors, and financial institutions. Since joining the company in 1999, Matt has successfully closed more than 35,000 residential lots with consideration exceeding $600 million. In 2004, Matt spearheaded the expansion of Land Advisors into the unchartered Central California markets, creating a larger platform and territory expansion for the company.

Matt is a knowledgeable residential land expert primarily focused on the Central Coast from (Santa Barbara to Monterey) and the south Central Valley from (Bakersfield to Fresno). He is a key component to the day to day builder/client relations, deal sourcing, and overall territory management for the firm throughout the region and has continuously proven himself to be highly beneficial to the Land Advisors Team.

Matt’s primary focus includes: sourcing land and lots opportunities, professional representation for land owners looking to maximize their ROI, contract negotiations, business development and pipeline management, and client relations.
