Tampa, FL (August 23, 2018) – Nancy Surak of Land Advisors Organization recently brokered the sale of a 11.7+/- acre, multi-family land parcel in Pinellas Park, FL. The NRP Group purchased the land for $5,700,000 and is building a luxury, 274-unit, class A rental apartment community known as the Allure of Gateway.

Part of the Gateway Area, the land is located on U.S. Highway 19 at Gateway Center Boulevard. The project consists of two 4-story buildings, 14 attached garages, and 3 detached garages and is expected to deliver units for occupancy Summer 2019.
