La Sierra Apartments Coming to Riverside – The Sun

A 10-acre site in Riverside, California will be developed into a 281-unit apartment complex by owner Fifield Company. The property, dubbed “La Sierra” for the road it flanks, has been approved in Riverside’s Phase 1 General Plan in October 2021. Fifield is currently entitling the property for a three- and four-story apartment complex with at least 281 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.

Land Advisors Organization’s West Riverside County Team consisting of Andrew Sinderhoff, Ian Sinderhoff, and Brian Carricaburu, co-brokered the transaction with Bryon Foss of JLL and represented the Seller, Tony and Armida Padilla 2002 Trust, and Buyer, Fifield Companies in this transaction.
