Michael Schwab, Jr.

Michael Schwab Jr. began his career with Land Advisors in 2021 in the Research Department.  Michael handles a full selection of services including land brokerage / advisory, analysis of market data and land economics with a focus on the West Valley.  Michael has worked with Site Selection clients to identify land acquisition opportunities throughout the Phoenix MSA. He is also a registered Property Tax Agent.

He earned his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University in 2022 and currently maintains his real estate license in Arizona.
