George Schubert Joins Land Advisors Organization’s Nashville Team

NASHVILLE (April 30, 2024) – Land Advisors Organization’s Nashville office announces that George Schubert has joined the firm. Schubert brings more than a decade of experience in land and real estate sales, property management, and market analysis to the firm as a land advisor. Much of his experience has centered around Nashville’s multifamily, for-sale single-family, and build-for-rent sectors. Schubert has completed over $100M in land sales during his career.

Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization, Schubert focused on facilitating land transactions between landowners and residential developers for multifamily, for-sale single-family, and build-for-rent projects throughout the Nashville MSA. Schubert is also experienced in providing real estate analysis to investment teams and has underwritten more than $14.0B in multifamily investments throughout his career. His real estate career began at Greystar as an operational financial analyst where he was responsible for the budgeting and managing of than 53,000 units across over 200 assets in Tennessee, the Carolinas, Georgia, and Alabama. He moved into various roles supporting investment sales teams with major REIT and hedge fund transactions.

Schubert is actively involved in various organizations, including the Phoenix Club of Nashville, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA), and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2012 from Otterbein College in Columbus, Ohio.
