Ryan Krueger

Ryan Krueger, part of the Krueger Land Team of Land Advisors, specializes in land sales focusing primarily on single family, multi-family and mixed use properties in Reno and Sparks and the outlying markets of Fernley, Dayton, Carson City and Douglas County. Ryan works alongside his father, Mark, who has been the market leader in land sales for decades. Together, the Krueger Land Team continues to be one of the area’s top brokerage teams. Since starting with the Krueger Land Team in 2015, Ryan has helped transact nearly 10,000 single family and multi-family units, 2,400 residential acres and $494 million in revenue. Ryan was honored with the Rising Star award by the Northern Nevada Summit Awards recognizing his outstanding accomplishments in 2016 as a new commercial real estate agent and earned the 2020 Top Land Broker award with Mark Krueger as part of the Krueger Land Team.

Ryan grew up in Reno and is a graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno. Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Ryan operated a successful personal training business. He was a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Fitness Professional with many successful years of playing sports where he excelled beginning at a young age. Ryan carried his high school football success through college where he earned All-Conference honors as Running Back for Shasta College. While at Shasta College, he completed the eighteen week Para-Military Fire Academy and was awarded the distinguished Iron Man Award.

Ryan and his wife, Alyson, have a daughter and two sons. They share a strong passion for fitness and enjoy the outdoors with their two Australian Shepherds. Ryan is also a skilled wood worker in his spare time where he adds special touches to his home and creates unique gifts for his clients, friends and family.

Ryan is no stranger to hard work and creating long lasting relationships with clients. He has always pushed himself to be the best and is taking his dedication, hard work and good sportsmanship attitude to the commercial real estate industry and is one of the top experts in residential land in northern Nevada.
