Will Scherman

Will Scherman is an established real estate professional with expertise in strategic real estate planning, land brokerage, development, site selection and project management. Throughout his career he has managed the development of thousands of residential lots within master planned community projects for national and regional builder clients.

Will received his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and began his career as a geotechnical engineer. He previously worked for Brookfield Residential as a Project Manager and Forestar as a Development Manager before transitioning into brokerage. Outside of work Will enjoys golfing, snow and slalom skiing and carpentry.
