Mark Stratz

Mark is a real estate veteran with vast experience in land and commercial real estate development as well as a talent for cultivating and growing successful teams of producers. His inclusive management style and entrepreneurial mindset guide his leadership philosophy, which encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional development.

As a leader of Land Advisors Organization’s national growth strategy Mark oversees and facilitates the firm’s expansion into new geographic regions as well as the expansion of its current markets, while also focusing on recruiting and developing the firm’s Next-gen talent from around the country. Additionally, Mark supports the development and implementation of new technological products and data analysis tools for Land Advisors Organization’s enterprise group of companies that include Land Advisors Capital, Launch Development Finance Advisors and Land Advisors Technologies.

Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization as Incoming President in 2025, Mark held various leadership positions within the commercial real estate industry and has successfully developed teams, enhanced operations, and implemented effective management platforms for several major real estate firms. He has been recognized for bringing innovative technological solutions and tools that better inform clients on their site selection, land disposition and property purchases.

Mark is currently a board member and vice chair with the Phoenix Community Alliance, and has been a national speaker for ULI, Solomon Coyle, ASID, and others for many years. Mark earned a Bachelor of Administration in Social Sciences and Marketing from Washington State University.
