John Carroll

John Carroll is a Pima County Specialist focusing on the sales and marketing of residential land and investment properties throughout Southern Arizona.

In addition to being a fifth-generation Tucsonan, John utilizes his vast knowledge to provide clients with nuanced market insights. He joined the Tucson office of the Land Advisors Organization in 2012 and his affiliations include SAHBA (Southern Arizona Homebuilders Association) and ULI (Urban Land Institute).

Having long alumni ties to the University of Arizona, John continued the family tradition by graduating from its Eller College of Management with a degree in marketing.”
