7th Metro Phoenix Land & Housing Forecast Raises $25,000 for Local Organizations

Scottsdale, AZ (February 13, 2017) – New Pathways for Youth and ASU Real Estate Programs were each presented checks for $12,500 from the net proceeds of Land Advisors Organization’s 7th Metro Phoenix Land & Housing Forecast on December 7, 2016. The event held at The Camelback Inn Resort & Spa raised the significant funding of $25,000 via sponsorships from local and national partners and more than 500 attendees.

New Pathways for Youth empowers high risk youth to fulfill their potential through mentoring and life skill development via one-on-one relationships with trained, volunteer mentors that unearth the core beliefs that are impeding their achievement of goals. “We are honored to have built an industry leading event that ultimately will help the young people in our community grow, learn and succeed,” stated Greg Vogel, CEO of Land Advisors Organization, “and both outstanding organizations do just that.”

Arizona State University W.P. Carey Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) programs is a transdisciplinary partnership between four highly regarded schools with ASU: The W.P. Carey School of Business, The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts and The Del E. Webb School of Construction.

“Many hours of work and resources go into obtaining sponsorships, speakers, panelists, attendees and the program itself to pull off a forecast of this magnitude, but giving back to the youth of our community makes these efforts rewarding for all involved,” said Vogel.
