100 Year Land Owner Sells for Inland Port Logistics Park in Best Connected Location in Utah

Scottsdale, Arizona (November 21, 2017) – Land Advisors Organization announced the representation of Seller, Epperson Associates, LLC in the monumental transaction closed by
Utah’s Managing Director, Zach Hartman. The Buyer, Utah-based NWQ LLC’s development team is comprised of Wadsworth Development Group, Colmena Group, the Stokes Family & Team Properties. The deal comprised of +/-1,500 acres in the Northwest Quadrant in Salt Lake City.

The buyer represents a public private Utah based team with decades of experience. Together they are the regions leading infrastructure development company & the fastest growing industrial portfolio with 15 buildings totaling over 2 million square feet.

The partnership has been working with the State, City, and County to create a regional logistics park at the nexus of direct rail and interstate access from three major western ports. At completion the park would be able to have 30+ million feet.
