Land Advisors Organization Announces Newest MPC Land Disposition Assignment in Rio Rancho, New Mexico

March 18, 2013 (Albuquerque, NM) – The Scottsdale, Arizona office of the Land Advisors Organization, the nation’s largest land brokerage firm, in conjunction with Albuquerque-based Westwood Realty broker Rick Bressan, announced today the exclusive listing of an ±900 acre undeveloped portion of the Mariposa East master planned community located in Rio Rancho, in the northwest Albuquerque metropolitan area. Land Advisors Organization CEO and Designated Broker, Greg Vogel, has been selected to represent the Seller, leading the sales effort.

The Property was recently acquired by MEast Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, through a settlement agreement with the property’s prior owner.

Mariposa East currently offers the only large scale master planned option for home builders and developers in Rio Rancho, with 55 finished custom lots, 1,023 planned future production and custom lots and over 44 acres of mixed-use opportunities available for sale.
