Epcon Communities Purchases 32.99 Acres in Harrisburg, NC

Land Advisors Organization facilitates sale to bring a new senior community to the area.

Charlotte, NC (April 21, 2021) – Land Advisors Organization Charlotte is pleased to announce the sale of 32.99 acres to Epcon Communities for $2M. The property, which is located at Tom Query Road and Robinson Church Road in Harrisburg, will become an age-restricted single-family home community.

Epcon Communities plans to build 77 homes for adults 55+ years-old in the new senior community. Construction is expected to begin late summer 2021, with the first homes coming to market at the end of the year.

The sale was facilitated by Forde Britt with Land Advisors Organization’s Charlotte office. Britt, who specializes in land brokerage in the Charlotte MSA, represented the seller in the transaction.
