Final Phase of Fiddyment Farm Sold to Taylor Builders

Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the sale of Fiddyment Farm Phase 3 consisting of 1,554 multi and single-family units within the final phase of Fiddyment Farm, a 1,700-acre pedestrian friendly master-planned community located in the highly desirable area of West Roseville, CA.

Fiddyment Phase 3 has approved entitlements including a Development Agreement, Specific Plan, EIR, and Small Lot Tentative Maps. The product types range from attached high density residential parcels to 6,600 square foot single-family detached lots. Fiddyment Farm Phase 3 also includes one neighborhood park, one pocket park, and 240 acres of open space.

At build out, the Fiddyment Farm master-planned community will include two elementary schools, one high school, two regional parks, four neighborhood parks, eight pocket parks, over 340 acres of open space, and over 38 acres of community commercial uses, as well as a variety of residential uses.
