Land Advisors Organization-Tucson Closes $10M Residential Infill Land Deal in Oro Valley, Pima County, Arizona

August 27, 2012 (Tucson, Arizona) – The Tucson office of the Land Advisors Organization, the nation’s largest land brokerage firm, announced today the successful closing of 168 acres in the Rancho Vistoso master planned community, located in the desirable Foothills of the Tortolita Mountains, just north of Tangerine Road and west of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard in Oro Valley, Arizona. Land Advisors Organization brokers Will White and Ryan Semro negotiated this transaction.

This deal encompasses prime residential infill land wrapped by eight holes of the Rancho Vistoso Golf Course boasting not only premium golf course frontage, but expansive uninterrupted views of both the Santa Catalina and Tortolita Mountain ranges.

The acreage was being sold by Arizona Vistoso Return, LLC and was purchased for $10,000,000, by Vistoso Holdings, LLC (True Life Communities – Taber Anderson, Chief Investment Officer). This acquisition is the first of its kind for True Life Communities within Pima County.

Land Advisors Organization will be handling the marketing and disposition of lots to homebuilders.
