Scottsdale, AZ (November 8, 2017) – Land Advisors Organization, answering strong demand for its land brokerage services, today announced expansion into Reno by opening its 23rd office in the U.S. The Reno office is led by Land Advisors Organization’s Senior Advisor, Rick Hildreth. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Hildreth has been involved in transacting over $750 million in land assets in Nevada.

“For the past five years I’ve been transacting land in Fernley, Sparks, Dayton and Reno, and anticipate further opportunity with a projected need for an additional 55,000-60,000 new homes due to increased job numbers in industrial, commercial and technology development,” stated Hildreth.
