Land Advisors Organization Closes 7,000+ Acre Assemblage in Pinal County, Arizona

December 12, 2012 (Scottsdale, Arizona) – The Casa Grande office of the Land Advisors Organization, the nation’s largest land brokerage firm, announced today the successful closing of 7,348 acres encompassing a portion of La Osa Ranch, located west of Interstate 10 and Exit 226 (Red Rock) in Pinal County, Arizona. Land Advisors Organization broker Kirk McCarville negotiated this transaction.

Located south of Eloy, 1 mile west of Pulte’s Red Rock Village, these non-contiguous subject parcels sit on 168 square miles in the southern portion of unincorporated Pinal County, part of the larger ±18,500 acre La Osa Ranch property. The property boasts spectacular views of Picacho Peak, Rincon Mountains and the Silverbell Mountains.

McCarville represented the Buyer, D & S Land and Cattle in this transaction, purchasing the land for $5.5 million from Seller, BF Tanami.
