Land Advisors Organization Expands Southeastern Footprint with Opening of New Greenville, South Carolina Office

Clay Driggers to lead the firm’s new office serving Greenville and surrounding markets in South Carolina, providing land brokerage and real estate advisory services.   

Scottsdale, Ariz. (June 20, 2023) – Scottsdale-based Land Advisors Organization is expanding its southeastern footprint with the opening of its Greenville, South Carolina office. The new office will be led by Matthew “Clay” Driggers, a veteran real estate professional with broad expertise in land brokerage, development, land management and investment sales.

Driggers has facilitated over $160M in land sales and development throughout his nearly 30-year real estate career in Greenville. He is known for working with landowners, investors, developers, and builders to facilitate projects through each stage of a land transaction and development process. Driggers will focus in the residential, multifamily, master-planned community and commercial sectors. Throughout his career he has been involved with managing development projects for residential, mixed-use, industrial, and retail clients across the Southeast region. Notable past projects include the Acadia and Hartness master-planned communities in Greenville, South Carolina.

Driggers is a licensed broker in South Carolina and formerly was a professional civil engineer. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and a board member of the National Town Builders Association. Driggers earned his civil engineering degree from Clemson University.
