April 4, 2016 (Scottsdale, AZ) – Land Advisors Organization (LAO) is pleased to announce that well-known agency executive, Stacy Bayless, has joined as Director of Marketing & Communications. Bayless heads the marketing and public relations efforts for Land Advisors Organization, Land Advisors Resort Solutions and Land Advisors Capital. Armed with more than 20 years of strategic and creative experience in branding, advertising, public relations, and social media and event marketing, the addition of Stacy is intended to further cultivate growth and enhanced branding across the company’s 23 brokerage offices in 10 states across the U.S.

As the nation’s largest brokerage firm focused exclusively on land, Land Advisors Organization celebrates its 30-year anniversary in October 2017. “I look forward to evolving the Land Advisors Organization brand(s) as the industry, and consumer trends, continue to evolve. Bayless is joining the Land Advisors Organization team after nearly a decade of owning and operating, Symfonic Marketing where she led traditional and digital marketing for clients such as Discovery Land Company, Camelot Homes, NV Energy, Alliance Beverage Distributing Company, Walmart, Chrysler, Lifelock, Axis Jet, Revlon, and more. Prior to founding Symfonic, Bayless worked as a marketing partner with real estate and construction industry brands DMB Associates and Realty, MCO Properties, Crescent Communities, Wespac Construction, Montelucia, Meritage and TOUSA Homes.
