Scottsdale, Arizona (July 30, 2020) – Land Advisors Organization Scottsdale is pleased to announce the sale of 77 finished lots within the master-planned community of Villago, located in Casa Grande, Arizona. The property sold for $3,927,000 million to Richmond American Homes of Arizona and is near the northeast corner of Pinal Avenue and McCartney Road.

Ryan Semro, Bret Rinehart, and Ben Heglie who specialize in home builder developments and master-planned communities throughout Arizona for Land Advisors Organization’s Metropolitan Phoenix office, represented the buyer in the transaction. The firm continues to advise clients on this product type and is working on several similar projects in the area.

The Villago master-planned community is located in the north part of Casa Grande, just minutes from I-10. Villago residents are surrounded by newer retail developments with access to a variety of amenities including a grocery anchored shopping center, neighborhood parks, bike trails as well as fishing lakes.
