Largest Land Transaction in Coachella Since 2011!

Land Advisors Organization is pleased to announce the sale of the Shadow View Specific Plan, the largest land transaction in the City of Coachella since 2011. The Property is strategically located south of Dillon Road between Highway 86 and Interstate 10, and consists of both 98 acres of commercially zoned land and 212 acres of residentially zoned land.

“Future plans for the Shadow View Property could include thousands of new homes and up to 1 million square feet of new retail and commercial buildings along the Dillon Road corridor,” says David Landes, Vice President at Land Advisors. “Residential home sale prices in the Coachella Valley continue to weather pandemic headwinds and are projected to grow steadily in the coming years.”

Land Advisors Organization represented the Sellers in the transaction, a partnership consisting of several long-time land owners in the region. The Buyer, a land developer, was self-represented. The final terms of the transaction are confidential.
